How do I get started? +
Register an account, configure your email provider (AWS SES / Azure ACS / Alibaba Cloud), import contacts, create a template, and start sending.
Which email providers are supported? +
AWS SES, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and Alibaba Cloud DirectMail. Switch between them anytime from the admin panel.
How do I send international emails? +
Use Alibaba Cloud DirectMail with the Singapore node (ap-southeast-1), or AWS SES in an overseas region. Alibaba Cloud requires applying for international sending permission in the console.
What happens if my bounce rate is too high? +
Hard-bounce addresses are automatically marked as invalid and skipped in future sends. If your bounce rate exceeds 2%, your account is auto-suspended to protect your sender reputation. Clean your list and contact support to restore.
